Volunteer: 8:30AM - 1:30PM Playhouse Build Event SupportHelp run a fundraising event! What: Habitat for Humanity Greater SF engages corporate groups in Playhouse Builds, four-hour sponsored events when multiple small teams assemble playhouses with hand tools and power tools and finish them off with hand-painted designs. Who: Appropriate for volunteers 16 and over, event support volunteers (you!) will work with Habitat staff overseeing the event. Volunteers from the event sponsor will be making the playhouses. When: You'll be helping before the event, during the event, and after the event concludes How: -Before the event: In addition to being trained how to guide the team, you will help set up the event by arranging tools, paint, playhouse components, to be used during the event. -During the event: Assist participants and help run the event smoothly by helping participants and keeping the event organized. You will learn how to assemble the playhouse to guide volunteers -After the event: Cleaning and organizing after the event.
