We're excited to have you participate in our Playhouse Program which brings sponsoring groups together to support our mission to create generational change through affordable homeownership. On Playhouse Build days, you’ll build children’s playhouses that are donated to families, childcare facilities, and nonprofits. We’re thrilled that you’ll join us as we create safe, healthy, and affordable places for children of our community to play and grow.
Help setup a fundraising event at the Cow Palace that will take place the following day!
Scope of work and responsibilities:
-Assist with set up of event
-Unload event supplies and materials out of moving truck
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Location: Cow Palace, North Hall, 2600 Geneva Ave., Daly City, CA 94014
Parking: Onsite, at the Cow Palace.
Schedule:
12:45 PM: Check-in
1:00 PM: Setup event
Come Prepared: To be ready to be active and on your feet. Please review the Top 10 Safety Tips before coming to the site. Remember to wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty/ruined. Leave valuables at home, and please watch this safety video to learn about your volunteer day and ways you can stay safe at the construction site.
