Help setup a large fundraising event at the Cow Palace for the following day! We're excited to have you participate in our Playhouse Program which brings sponsoring groups together to support our mission to create generational change through affordable homeownership. On Playhouse Build days, our corporate partners build children’s playhouses that are donated to families, childcare facilities, and nonprofits. Your help will ensure that we're able to provide an organized and enriching experience for our sponsors whose financial support is critical to our mission.
Scope of work and responsibilities:
- Assist with set up of event
- Unload event supplies and materials out of moving truck
- Helpful is able to lift up 50 lbs.
Location: Cow Palace, North Hall, 2600 Geneva Ave., Daly City, CA 94014
Parking: Onsite, at the Cow Palace.
Schedule:
9:45 PM: Check-in
10-4:00: Setup event (Lunch will be provided)
Come Prepared: To be ready to be active and on your feet. Please review the Top 10 Safety Tips before coming to the site. Remember to wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty/ruined. Leave valuables at home, and please watch this safety video to learn about your volunteer day and ways you can stay safe at the construction site.
